Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna Technology

Full spectrum infrared refers to the complete infrared spectrum, including near infrared, mid infrared, and far infrared. By combining all three wavelengths, the Blisspod Bergen is designed to provide a comprehensive infrared sauna experience.

Near Infrared: The shortest infrared wavelength, near infrared is absorbed just below the surface of the skin and is associated with sweating, revitalization, and healing support.

Mid Infrared: A longer wavelength that can penetrate deeper into soft tissue and is designed to support circulation and oxygen delivery to areas requiring recovery.

Far Infrared: The longest infrared wavelength, far infrared penetrates deeper into the body and promotes vasodilation. The technology is designed to support sweating, detoxification, and metabolism.
